Ann Lantz of

Co-Founder of Love, Sweat & Gears
Ann has been an athlete most of her life and has dedicated herself since 1990 to a career in Personal Training and Coaching. She has a passion for training people of all ages and understands the importance of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. After competing in Race Across AMerica(RAAM), Ann was humbled and inspired by the outpouring of support and the interest generated by LS&G’s accomplishments. Inspiration led to action and soon Ann joined forces with her teammate Julie to co-found Love, Sweat & Gears. Via LS&G, Ann is thrilled to have the opportunity to provide guidance, training and education on the benefits of recreational and competitive cycling to everyone who loves to ride a bike!

Julie Lyons

Co-Founder of the non-profit organization, Love, Sweat & Gears
Julie is dedicated to health and wellness for all ages and believes in combining competitive sport with a healthy lifestyle. After discovering the joys of sport at a later age than most, she had an epiphany while competing in RAAM and decided to share that joy with as many people as possible. As the idea grew and blossomed she co-founded LS&G with Ann in order to educate, inspire, and provide training for anyone interested in discovering the benefits of cycling either for recreation or competition. Whether getting people on their bikes for a social ride, preparing them for competition, or helping to supply bikes and helmets to children who may not be afforded the opportunity to own, she is determined to make a difference for anyone interested in riding a bike.

*Educate cyclists of all ages to the experience and benefits of leading an active lifestyle
*Provide training and planning for endurance cycling experiences whether local, national, or international for both recreational and competitive riders
*Support and contribute to local non profit organizations with the intent to share the cycling experience
*Provide training and support for individuals or teams planning to compete in the Race Across America (RAAM)
